سپریم کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال کی سربراہی میں جسٹس محمد علی مظہر اور جسٹس اطہر من اللہ پر مشتمل تین رکنی بینچ نے پی ٹی آئی کی درخواست پر سماعت کرتے ہوئے عمران خان کی 9 مئی کو عدالتی احاطے سے گرفتاری کو غیر قانونی قرار دیا۔

بعد ازاں عدالت نے عمران خان کو عدالتی نگرانی میں اسلام آباد پولیس کے گیسٹ ہاؤس میں رکھنے کا حکم دیا اور کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین کل اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں کیس سے متعلق پیش ہوں۔

سماعت کے دوران چیف جسٹس نے گیسٹ ہاؤس میں عمران خان کے ساتھ 10 افراد کو رہنے کی اجازت بھی دی۔

عمران خان کی رہائی سے متعلق عدالتی فیصلہ آنے کے بعد متعدد شوبز شخصیات نے خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے سچائی کی جیت قرار دیا۔

سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کے بعد عمران خان کی سابق اہلیہ جمائما خان نے بھی برطانوی نشریاتی ادارے ’بی بی سی‘ کی خبر کا اسکرین شاٹ شیئر کرتے ہوئے اظہار مسرت کیا۔

جمائما خان نے مختصر لکھا کہ آخر دانش مندی جیت گئی۔

ان کی طرح متعدد پاکستانی شوبز شخصیات نے بھی عمران خان کی رہائی کے حکم پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے انصاف کی جیت قرار دیا۔

اداکار عثمان خالد بٹ نے بھی ایک فرد کو جواب دیتے ہوئے سمجھایا کہ عدالت نے عمران خان کو رہائی کا حکم تو دیا ہے، تاہم ان کی حفاظت کے پیش نظر انہیں عدالتی نگرانی میں پولیس گیسٹ ہاؤس میں رکھنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔

اداکار نے مزید بتایا کہ عمران خان کو 12 مئی کو ہائی کورٹ میں پیش ہونے کا حکم بھی دیا گیا ہے۔

ان کی طرح سینیئر اداکار فیصل قریشی نے بھی عمران خان کی رہائی کے حکم پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے سپریم کورٹ زندہ باد لکھا۔

اداکارہ مشی خان نے بھی تحریک انصاف کے چیئرمین کی رہائی حکم پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے سپریم کورٹ کا شکریہ بھی ادا کیا اور ساتھ ہی انہوں نے عمران خان کے تمام سپورٹرز کو مبارک باد بھی پیش کی۔

مشی خان نے شمع جونیجو، عفت عمر اور ریحام خان کو تنقید کا نشانہ بھی بنایا۔

اداکار احمد علی بٹ کی اہلیہ اور فیشن ڈیزائنر فاطمہ بٹ نے بھی عمران خان کی رہائی کے عدالتی حکم پر اظہار مسرت کرتے ہوئے اسے سچ کی جیت قرار دیا۔

ساتھ ہی انہوں نے لکھا کہ اگرچہ وہ جانتی ہیں کہ طاقت ور لوگ اتنی آسانی سے انہیں چھوڑیں گے اور ان کی جنگ میراتھن ریس کی طرح ہے لیکن عدالتی فیصلہ عمران خان کی جیت ہے۔

شوبز اینکر مومن علی منشی نے بھی عمران خان کی رہائی کے حکم پر خوشی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے انصاف کی جیت قرار دیا اور انہوں نے پی ٹی آئی چیئرمین کے ساتھ کچھوائی گئی اپنی پرانی تصویر بھی شیئر کی۔
