Why election commission is saying that it will take about 6 months/2 years to covert election process from manual 2 electronic? Why commission doesn't convert electronic process on ATM/mobile phones (Thumb impression/through ATM cards/debit cards or other cards using by nation widely. it could be more convenient and cheap then other sources.
